BridgeBooks and Language Arts
As a language arts teacher, you are familiar with the frustration and discouragement students face when they are not able to communicate with or understand those around them. Teaching English can be a daunting task. A student in a typical American classroom who lacks the ability to understand the written and spoken language all around him is at a disadvantage at almost every turn. You are passionate about your efforts to help your students speak and write in English, because you know that increased language literacy will exponentially increase a student’s quality of life.
